- border HR service within Bosch. We provide support and development of IT infrastructure tools, data management, training, recruitment and administration to over 40 countries worldwide. **Job Description**:**Your contribution to something big**:
- You will be part of the Global Process Excellence Team in the area of Associate Management and work on topics such as master data maintenance, contract modification and offboarding among many other services;



- You will be coordinating with several countries, supporting a detailed definition of the process for which the team is responsible;



- You will also ensure that the requirements and process designs are documented and aligned with the respective stakeholders. **Qualifications**:**What distinguishes you**:
