We are looking for an experienced

Group Travel Designer

to join our team. The ideal candidate is proactive,
- oriented, and
- focused, with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Design, plan, and manage FIT and MICE group travel itineraries tailored to client needs.

Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.

Provide expert advice on destinations, accommodations, activities, and logistics.

Coordinate all aspects of travel arrangements, including transportation, accommodations, and
- site services.

Ensure flawless execution of travel experiences, maintaining attention to detail at all stages.

Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to maximize client satisfaction and efficiency.

Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in group travel planning, FIT and/or MICE travel.

Fluent in

English and Portuguese

Spanish

is a strong advantage.

Strong knowledge of the Iberian Peninsula's tourist destinations and offerings.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Highly proactive and
- focused.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
