We are looking for an experienced Group Travel Designer to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. The ideal candidate is proactive,
- oriented, and
- focused, with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, plan, and manage FIT and MICE group travel itineraries tailored to client needs.
• Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.
• Provide expert advice on destinations, accommodations, activities, and logistics.
• Coordinate all aspects of travel arrangements, including transportation, accommodations, and
  - site services.
• Ensure flawless execution of travel experiences, maintaining attention to detail at all stages.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to maximize client satisfaction and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in group travel planning, FIT and/or MICE travel.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese; Spanish is a strong advantage.
• Strong knowledge of the Iberian Peninsula’s tourist destinations and offerings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly proactive and
  - focused.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
