Job position

We are seeking an experienced Group Travel Designer to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. The ideal candidate is proactive,
- oriented, and
- focused, with excellent communication skills and a passion for creating exceptional group travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and manage customized group travel itineraries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.
• Provide expert guidance on destinations, accommodations, activities, and logistics.
• Coordinate all aspects of travel arrangements, including transportation, accommodation, experiences, and
  - site services.
• Ensure seamless execution of all programs, with meticulous attention to detail.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in group travel planning or event management (mandatory).
• Based in Lisbon (mandatory).
• Fluency in English and Portuguese ;
  
  
  
  Spanish is a strong advantage.
• Solid knowledge of tourist destinations in the Iberian Peninsula (Spain & Portugal) ;
  
  
  
  Morocco is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly proactive and
  - focused.
• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
