Groups And Events Manager

Torre de Palma Wine Hotel, a member of Design Hotels™ and a reference in luxury enotourism in Portugal, awarded 2 Michelin Stars, is seeking a Groups and Events Manager focused on the wedding segment.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement a commercial strategy for events and weddings.
• Develop differentiated proposals and packages aligned with the hotel’s positioning.
• Manage the entire event cycle, from capture to execution.
• Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers.
• Ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in event and wedding management in luxury hospitality.
• Strong commercial orientation and results focus.
• Excellent communication, organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
• Availability for flexible hours.
