A Groups Meetings and Events Sales Executive will maximize revenue opportunities in the areas of conferences and events by driving sales leads and increasing conversions.

As a Groups, Meetings & Events Sales Executive, you will maximize revenue opportunities by driving sales leads and increasing conversions. You will interact frequently with guests and customers to earn repeat and expanded business. Specific responsibilities include:

• Receiving and converting incoming inquiries to achieve targets and maximize revenue
• Seeking opportunities to increase sales and conversions within the team
• Managing an events schedule to maximize yield
• Executing a consistent
  - selling approach
• Building strong relationships with customers to understand their needs
• Arranging and conducting hotel show rounds
• Ensuring the administration and execution of all planned events
• Participating in hotel promotional activities

To succeed as a Groups, Meetings & Events Sales Executive, you should possess:

• At least 1 year of experience in a Conference and Events sales role
• Good organizational and administrative skills
• A positive attitude and strong communication skills
• A commitment to delivering
  - quality customer service
• High IT proficiency
• Proficiency in English and Portuguese
