Manage and scale paid acquisition channels (Meta, Tik
Tok, Google, You
Tube, influencer performance). Execute structured testing frameworks (creative, bidding, audiences, funnels). Optimize CAC/ROAS through
- based optimization, segmentation, and creative iteration. Tracking, Data & Attribution
Implement and maintain complete conversion tracking (GA4, GTM, CAPI,

Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to refine onboarding and retention loops. Bring insights from growth experiments into product and roadmap decisions. Skills & Experience3–5 years in growth, paid acquisition, or performance marketing roles. Strong
