THE ROLE
As an Indie Campers Growth Analyst, you will be responsible for driving regional growth by optimizing the number of nights searched on the website, reducing the cost per night sold, and managing the cost of sales (COS) as a percentage of revenue. Your role will involve analyzing market trends, implementing growth strategies, and working closely with various teams such as Revenue Management, Marketing, Fleet Strategy, Customer Excellence and Tech to achieve the company's growth targets.
You will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and enhancing profitability through different marketing levers including but not limited to Paid Acquisition, SEO, CRM, Partnership.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
- Develop and lead performance marketing strategy across Google Ads (Search, Display, You
Tube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram, Reels) to drive scalable growth and lead generation. - Oversee campaign planning, suggest budget allocation, and performance tracking, ensuring efficient spend and alignment with business goals.
- Lead reporting processes, and provide strategic insights to optimize acquisition funnels and improve ROI.
- Adapt automation, and advanced targeting to enhance media buying efficiency and personalization for your region;
- Manage
- functional collaboration with design, content, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and creative alignment, for your region; - Lead SEO strategy and oversee technical audits to ensure
- term organic visibility and site performance, for the countries you are assigned to; - Stay ahead of market trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to proactively adjust digital strategy.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Up to 3 years of experience in online marketing focused on B2C customer acquisition;
- Strong analytical and
- solving skills with a focus on
- driven decision making. - Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a
