Role Description
We are looking for a Growth & Community Manager to support the growth of Tutai. Ai by helping acquire new students, supporting our instructor and mentor network, and contributing to a strong, engaged learning community.
You will work closely with founders, executing growth initiatives, supporting instructors and mentors, and helping run community programs while learning how to scale an education platform.
Responsibilities include:
- Support student acquisition through community outreach, campaigns, referrals, and partnerships support.
- Assist in managing relationships with instructors, tutors, and mentors, including communication, onboarding, and

- day support. - Help run and moderate community channels (online groups, discussions, events, newsletters, and cohort activities).
- Support partnerships with universities, student organizations, learning communities, and education groups.
- Coordinate with marketing and product teams to help launch growth and engagement initiatives.
- Collect feedback from students and instructors and share insights with the product and leadership teams.
- Track basic growth and community metrics (sign-ups, engagement, retention) and help prepare reports.
- Help test new growth ideas and experiments, learning through execution and iteration.
- Contribute to improving onboarding experiences, community resources, and communication materials.
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in growth, community, operations, marketing, or a related role (internships included).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable interacting with students, instructors, and community members.
- Organized, proactive, and eager to learn in a
- paced environment. - Ability to execute independently with guidance and feedback.
- Interest in education, AI, or
- driven products. - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Bonus points if:
- You’ve worked with online learning communities or education platforms.
- You’ve supported partnerships, outreach, or community programs.
- You’ve helped run events, cohorts, ambassador programs, or referral initiatives.
