The Role
This is a very unique time to be selling to enterprises. As companies deploy AI agents across operations they are more open than ever to working with innovative startups. If you are creative, curious and confident working with senior stakeholders, this is your chance to shape how AI solutions enter the enterprise world. It’s a chance to build the playbook in Portugal and deploy it in other European markets.
What You’ll Do
- Lead
- cycle B2B deals with legal and compliance teams - Run consultative,
- oriented sales processes - Work closely with the founder and GTM team to refine our commercial approach
- Build trusted relationships across multiple stakeholders in client organizations
What We’re Looking For
- 5–10 years of B2B sales experience in financial services (Saa
S, consulting, founder or
- enabled services) - Proven track record of closing deals with enterprise or
- market clients - Experience engaging with legal, compliance, or risk stakeholders is a bonus
- Fluent in Portuguese and English
- Ambitious, resourceful, and hungry to build and scale something new
