Responsibilities
- Own the performance of digital countries: drive customer acquisition, transaction volume and revenue growth.
- Build and continuously improve the local offer, commercial pitch, customer journey and operational setup.
- Define and execute the

- market strategy for
- first and hybrid presence models. - Identify and develop
- leverage acquisition channels, including affiliate programmes, partnerships and outbound campaigns. - Act as the voice of the market in shaping product and engineering priorities.
- Collaborate closely with central and local teams to ensure consistent brand and customer experience.
Qualifications
- Track record of driving commercial performance, preferably in a
- led business or fintech - Strategic mindset paired with
- on execution and a strong sense of ownership - Entrepreneurial attitude with a bias for action and the ability to operate with autonomy
- Experience with

- market strategy, business development and growth initiatives - Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data to inform decisions
- Collaboration and communication abilities to work across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Fluency in English
