The Growth Manager will be responsible for designing and executing strategies that accelerate Gritnova’s student and partner growth. You’ll blend creativity with analytical thinking to drive student enrollment, corporate partnerships, and global visibility

Key Responsibilities:

Run growth experiments (A/B tests, new funnels, creative formats)

Develop and execute strategies to establish partnerships, sponsorships, and strategic alliances.

Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with  industry leaders, companies, and organizations  that align with Gritnova’s mission.

Build a sustainable growth model for our programs.

Work closely with the leadership team to  refine business development strategies  and explore new opportunities in global markets.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas to inform strategic
- making.

Qualifications & Experience:

Excellent  negotiation, communication, and
- building  skills.

Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive,  
- oriented approach.

Experience working in a
- driven environment.

Creative thinker comfortable with experimentation and rapid iteration.
