Job requirements
Experience & Mindset
- 4+ years in growth, performance, or
- led marketing - ideally in Saa
S or tech environments - Deep curiosity - you don’t just use AI tools, you bend them to your will.
- A

- learn mindset: you move fast, iterate faster, and see experiments as your native language - Comfortable with autonomy and ambiguity, but relentlessly driven by metrics and impact
Analytical & Data Fluency
- Strong quantitative skills and ability to interpret marketing and product data to uncover insights
- Proficiency with analytics tools such as GA4, Looker and Hub
Spot - Skilled in designing, running, and analyzing A/B or multivariate experiments with clear hypotheses and success metrics
Technical & Automation Competence
- Hands-on with Hub
Spot for CRM and marketing automation, and Webflow for website management, testing, and optimization. - First experiences with
- code/low-code automation tools and capable of integrating data flows between CRM, analytics, and ad platforms. - Comfortable exploring APIs, SQL, or basic HTML/CSS/Java
Script for faster testing and growth experimentation. - Understanding of LLM-based workflows (prompt chaining, retrieval, Lang
Chain, etc. ) or eager to learn quickly
Performance & Channel Expertise
- Deep understanding of paid acquisition (Google Ads, Linked
In, Microsoft Ads), SEO/SEM, and email or referral programs. - Ability to balance multiple growth channels and double down on what drives ROI.

Job responsibilities
Engineer Growth Systems
- Architect
- funnel growth loops that leverage AI automation, personalization, and experimentation - Design and deploy
- code or
- code systems that connect CRM, analytics, and outbound channels - Build and maintain
- critical infrastructure – from website (webflow) to CRM (hubspot) – making sure signals turn into actions automatically - Integrate APIs and data pipelines that trigger campaigns and workflows without manual effort
Orchestrate Experiments
- Hypothesize, test, and iterate on acquisition, activation, and retention
- Run LLM-driven A/B tests for copy, creative, and audience segmentation
- Collaborate with product and data teams to measure outcomes and push winning mechanics into the core experience
- Keep a clear eye on the metrics that matter
Build Human Resonance
- Translate product complexity into simple, emotional stories that cut through automation noise.
- Shift content from informational to influential - founder stories, customer transformations,
- driven narratives. - Use AI tools as creative partners to accelerate ideation without losing authenticity and the human touch.
