About the Role

We’re looking for a Head of Growth Marketing — a strategic and hands‑on leader who can turn organic traffic, content, and analytics into a predictable growth engine. You’ll own Featherless’s growth stack end‑to‑end: web presence, SEO, analytics, paid experimentation, and conversion funnels — and help coordinate the full website rebrand and relaunch.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate the full website rebrand (UX, copy, and performance) with internal and external partners
• Define and execute Featherless’s SEO and keyword strategy
• Build and manage analytics + attribution systems (GA4, Post
  Hog, Supabase, Looker)
• Optimize signup, activation, and retention funnels with data‑led experiments
• Run small, high‑impact paid campaigns to test messaging
• Collaborate with Dev
  Rel on content strategy
• Report weekly on growth KPIs — traffic, conversion, activation, churn

What You Bring

• 3–7 years in growth or digital marketing (developer tools, or infra preferred)
• Proven experience owning growth strategy across SEO, paid, and analytics
• Strong command of GA4, Ahrefs, Search Console, Looker, or similar tools
• Analytical and experimental – you define KPIs, test hypotheses, and ship fast
• Collaborative across engineering, design, and product teams
• Bonus: led a brand or website redesign project
• Bonus: familiarity with LLMs, APIs, or developer platforms
