The challenge
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to join our Outbound Sales team. Your mission will be to drive qualified opportunities through outbound campaigns, events, and targeted activations, while empowering our sales team with top‑notch enablement materials. This role is for someone who thrives on connecting marketing with sales impact, enjoys both strategy and execution, and is eager to shape how we grow internationally.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Design and run outbound campaigns (Linked
In, email, multichannel cadences). - Organize and manage events (fairs, conferences, business missions, dinners, digital activations), always measuring impact on leads and pipeline.
- Produce impactful presentations, one‑pagers, success cases, and commercial support materials.
- Prepare trade fair kits, demos, and visual supports for the sales team.
- Contribute to the design of commercial narratives aligned with our product story.
- Define and execute a nurturing strategy to strengthen lead engagement and conversion.
- Monitor and report on campaign and event performance, focusing on conversion.
Minimum Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in Saa
S or technology. - Experience in outbound marketing, events, and prospecting campaigns (Linked
In, email, multichannel). - Strong copywriting skills in Portuguese and English.
- Results‑driven with a collaborative approach alongside Sales teams.
- Experience in the food industry or other complex B2B environments.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
