We are currently seeking a
- driven Marketing Manager to support our expanding wellness and licensing programs across the UK, Ireland, and beyond. If you’re a creative strategist with

Responsibilities Manage

- end marketing strategy and campaigns for our flagship 28-Day Challenge

Coordinate campaign planning and execution for new product launches (e. g. teacher certification, licensing programs)

Oversee venue marketing efforts across multiple locations

Analyse campaign performance, optimise funnels, and report key metrics

Work closely with our remote creative, content, and technical teams to ensure marketing goals are met

Maintain and evolve brand consistency across platforms and materials

Develop testing plans and track ROI on paid advertising efforts

Stay informed on market trends and identify new growth opportunities

Qualifications Proven experience marketing
- based digital programs or online courses

Confident managing remote,
- functional teams

Deep understanding of the European consumer and wellness/fitness market

Strong grasp of digital marketing strategy, campaign execution, and performance tracking

Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills

Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with attention to detail

Tech-savvy with experience in tools like Meta Ads Manager, Hub
Spot, and Google Analytics

Based in Europe or with strong familiarity with the region
