Growth Marketing Manager
Tasks/Areas of Responsability
User Acquisition & Performance Marketing
- Develop and execute strategies for acquiring new users through digital marketing channels (paid ads, organic search, social media, influencer partnerships, etc. ).
- Optimize app store presence (ASO) to maximize discoverability and downloads.
- Leverage data analytics to refine targeting, ad creatives, and conversion rates.
Retention & Engagement
- Design and implement user lifecycle strategies to boost engagement and minimize churn.
- Develop and optimize push notifications, email campaigns, and
- app messaging. - Collaborate with product teams to improve user experience and feature adoption.
Monetization & Revenue Growth
- Identify and implement
- generating opportunities such as subscriptions,
- app purchases, and partnerships. - Conduct pricing analysis and A/B testing to optimize monetization strategies.
- Analyze user data to understand spending behaviors and adjust strategies accordingly.
Data & Analytics
- Establish KPIs and track growth metrics to assess the effectiveness of growth initiatives.
- Conduct user behavior analysis to uncover insights and inform strategic decisions.
- Use A/B testing and cohort analysis to optimize retention and conversion rates.
Collaboration & Leadership
- Work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to align growth strategies with overall business objectives.
- Manage relationships with external marketing agencies and partners.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Skills
- Proven experience (3-5+ years) in growth marketing, product marketing, or a similar role within a digital/mobile app environment.
- Strong knowledge of performance marketing channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Tik
Tok, influencer marketing, etc. ). - Experience with app store optimization (ASO) and mobile growth tactics.
- Hands-on experience with data analytics tools (Google Analytics, Power
BI, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar). - Strong understanding of user retention and engagement strategies and Product-Led Growth strategies.
- Ability to run A/B tests and interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Experience with
- based or freemium monetization models is a plus. - Excellent communication.
- Passion for Card games is a plus! (Magic: the Gathering, Pokemon, or Yu-Gi-Oh!).
