Growth Marketing Manager - Server-Side Tagging Product (m/f/d)

We are looking for a
- driven, creative, and
- focused Growth Marketer for our Server-Side Tagging (SST) Product to drive measurable, scalable user and revenue growth across the full customer lifecycle — from acquisition to activation, retention, revenue expansion, and referrals. You will play a key role in identifying friction points in the user journey, designing and running experiments, and implementing scalable growth initiatives that turn free users into active, paying customers.
This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and data — ideal for someone who thrives on combining analytics, creativity, and
- paced testing to drive measurable business impact.
Your Tasks
- Own the funnel across acquisition and activation, it should include retention & engagement, monetization & revenue expansion.
- Identify growth levers. Monitor and optimize key funnel metrics — from
- up to activation to premium conversion — with a focus on reducing
- offs. - Increase activation rates: Identify key activation moments and optimize onboarding experiences,
- product flows, and communication to help users reach value faster. - Boost conversion to premium: Develop and execute strategies to move users from free to premium plans through targeted messaging, personalized offers, and behavioral triggers.
- Prevent churn and increase retention: Analyze churn signals, design
- back and reactivation campaigns, and collaborate with product and lifecycle teams to maintain engagement among active and paying users. - Experiment and iterate: Design and run A/B tests across multiple channels (email,
- app, landing pages, ads) to continuously improve user engagement and conversion. - Collaborate
- functionally: Partner with product, email marketing, analytics, and customer success to ensure cohesive activation and upgrade strategies. - Leverage automation and personalization: Use marketing automation tools and CRM data to deliver timely, relevant communication that nudges users toward the next step.
- Report and communicate insights: Regularly share performance data, learnings, and recommendations with stakeholders to inform roadmap and strategy.
You Bring
- 3–5 years of experience in Growth Marketing roles and Product-led Growth (PLG) for a Saa
S or digital product. - Proven track record of improving activation and conversion metrics through experimentation and
- driven campaigns. - Strong analytical mindset — comfortable using tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Hub
Spot, or similar. - Excellent understanding of customer journey optimization, behavioral targeting, and funnel analysis.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, marketing automation, and email/in-app messaging tools.
- Creative problem solver who loves testing hypotheses and iterating quickly.
- Collaborative communicator who thrives in
- functional teams.
