Role Overview

We are looking for a
- driven and creative Growth Marketing Specialist to join our Growth team. This role will focus on developing and executing SEO and SEM strategies to generate qualified inbound leads for our brands. You will play a key role in expanding our digital footprint, increasing brand visibility, and attracting hotel clients across our core markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic to our websites.
• Plan, execute, and optimize SEM campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc. ) with a focus on lead generation and ROI.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content audits to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to create landing pages and content that convert.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Hub
  Spot.
• A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and CTAs to improve conversion rates.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, especially within the hospitality tech space.
• Localize strategies for the Portuguese, Spanish, and UK markets, ensuring cultural and linguistic relevance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in SEO and SEM, preferably in B2B Saa
  S or hospitality tech.
• Proven track record of generating qualified leads through digital channels.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e. g. , Hub
  Spot).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English. Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a
  - paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with hotel technology or in the hospitality industry.
• Familiarity with CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) and UX principles.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics for SEO implementation.
