Position Overview

We-'re seeking a
- oriented Growth Marketing Specialist who is passionate about digital growth and comfortable working in the Pacific Time Zone (California). You will play a key role in developing, executing, and optimizing
- channel growth strategies to attract, convert, and retain users.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage
  - focused digital campaigns across multiple platforms (email, social media, paid ads, SEO, etc. ).
• Analyze user behavior, campaign data, and market trends to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
• Conduct A/B testing and ongoing experimentation to improve conversion rates and product engagement.
• Leverage marketing automation tools and CRM platforms to personalize user journeys and nurture leads.
• Report on campaign performance metrics and KPIs, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Keep up with the latest marketing tools, industry trends, and best practices in Saa
  S and legal tech.

What You Bring

• 1–3 years of
  - on experience in growth marketing or digital marketing (Saa
  S experience is a strong plus).
• Proven success in planning and executing campaigns that drive measurable results (acquisition, retention, or engagement).
• Strong analytical skills and a
  - driven approach to
  - making.
• Proficiency with digital marketing platforms, analytics tools (e. g. , Google Analytics), and CRM/automation tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a
  - paced,
  - first team environment.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of SEO, SEM, content strategy, and funnel optimization.
• Familiarity with basic graphic tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Prior experience marketing to B2B audiences or working in the legal tech domain.
