The Role
As a Growth Marketing Specialist, you will drive regional growth by optimizing nights offered, reducing cost per night, and managing the cost of sales as a percentage of revenue. You will localize Indie’s marketing strategies, overseeing SEA, SEO, CRM, Affiliates, Partnerships, and Product for markets in UKI & Nordics (UK, Ireland, Sweden, Netherlands, Norway, Finland, Iceland). You will report directly to the General Manager.
What Will You Work On?
- Plan, create, implement, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across digital channels to maximize acquisition and results.
- Manage paid search and social campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta, Tik
Tok, and others relevant to your markets. - Develop and execute digital media strategies, including goal setting, audience targeting, channel selection, and communication.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance against KPIs for continuous improvement.
- Identify
- specific opportunities and coordinate campaigns across channels. - Help develop Partnerships and Affiliate networks in your markets.
- Optimize SEO and Product offerings specific to your markets.
- Conduct detailed reporting and analysis to inform strategy with quantitative and qualitative insights.
Who Are We Looking For?
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Experience in Ecommerce or DTC companies is highly desirable.
- Strong experience in Paid Acquisition via Google Ads, Meta Ads, Tik
Tok, Pinterest. - Proficiency with growth and performance tracking tools.
- Understanding of SEO best practices.
- Analytical and

- driven approach. - Ability to thrive in
- paced, changing environments. - Motivated by ownership and continuous improvement.
