- market fit, accelerate adoption, and deliver experiences that resonate with US customers. 
Your Tasks
- Define and execute a growth product strategy for US market expansion, ensuring strong
 - market fit and competitive differentiation.
- Adapt features, onboarding, and integrations to meet US customer expectations and compliance needs.
- Conduct research with US-based users to uncover pain points, validate assumptions, and inform roadmap priorities.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to synchronize product development with US growth strategies.
- Run structured tests to optimize onboarding, activation, retention, and
 -
 - paid conversion in the US.
- Use qualitative and quantitative data to measure adoption, retention, ARR growth, and funnel performance.
- Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Legal, and Marketing to drive alignment and successful execution.
You Bring
- Proven track record in product management for Saa
 S, B2B tech, or PLG companies, with internationalization or market entry experience.
- Experience with localization, 
 -
 - market alignment, or
 - driven adaptation (preferably in the US market).
- Solid understanding of growth experimentation, A/B testing, and
 - driven development.
- Excellent collaboration skills, with experience working
 - functionally with product, engineering, design, and marketing teams.
- Highly analytical with the ability to translate data into strategic insights and growth opportunities while managing multiple growth initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Comfortable operating in
 - paced, iterative environments with a proactive mindset.
