THE ROLE
As a Growth Intern at Indie Campers, you’ll support regional initiatives to boost website searches, reduce cost per night sold, and manage cost of sales. Your role includes data analysis, executing growth strategies, and collaborating with teams like Revenue, Marketing, and Tech. You'll help drive market expansion and profitability through channels such as Paid Acquisition, SEO, CRM, and Partnerships, while reporting to the central Growth team at headquarters.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
- Plan, implement, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, You
Tube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram, Reels) to drive visibility and lead acquisition. - Monitor campaign performance and budgets across channels, focusing on KPIs such as CPC, CTR, ROAS, and conversions.
- Support A/B testing and use
- driven insights to improve ad effectiveness. - Leverage automation and AI tools to enhance paid media performance.
- Conduct regular SEO audits and recommend optimizations to improve site health and organic reach.
- Create and refine ad creatives and copy in collaboration with design and content teams.
- Stay current on digital marketing trends to adapt strategies as needed.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Degree in Marketing, Economics, Management or a related field;
- Strong analytical skills, with ability to read and process large sets of data, identify patterns and derive relevant business insights;
- Strong MS Excel/Google Sheets abilities with knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads and CRM being a plus;
- You are motivated by taking ownership of your projects;
