If you can seat a table of six, charm a table of two, and still spot that half we
- 't know we had on the floor plan, we want you.

We-'re looking for a Guest Experience Executive to be the smile, the brains, and the calm in the storm at our beach club. You-'ll start as the face of our venue — greeting guests, mastering the seating plan, and making sure no table or guest is left waiting too long for perfection. Behind the scenes,
- 'll also dive into the exciting world of event proposals, quotes, and banquet event orders (BEOs).

What
- 'll be doing

• Welcoming guests like
  - 're VIPs (because they are).
• Juggling reservations, minute changes, and ins without breaking a sweat.
• Crafting event proposals and quotes that guests
  - 't say no to.
• Optimizing the floor plan so
  - 're always one step ahead.
• Stepping into leadership mode when the time comes — mentoring, scheduling, and keeping service flowing like clockwork.

What
- 're looking for

• Hospitality experience and a love for making guests feel special.
• Quick thinking and solving skills (bonus points if you can read a floor plan like a treasure map).
• Fluent English; French is a big plus, other languages a bonus.
• Organised, adaptable, and ready to shine in both house and
  -
  - scenes work.
• Ambition — we want someone
  - 's excited to grow into the Head Hostess role.
