Job DescriptionROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES
As Guest Relations (M/F), you will report directly to the Front Office Manager and will be responsible for:
- Ensuring customer satisfaction;
- Personalizing customer service;
- Accompanying customers and ensuring their comfort;
- Managing the organization of outlets;
- Managing incidents and complaints;
- Managing reservations (in person, by telephone or
- mail);

- Knowledge of Portuguese and English and preference for another foreign language (fluent spoken language).
- Minimum 12 years of schooling and/or professional course adapted to the position
- Knowledge of AHCCP hygiene and safety standards
- Computer skills: Microsoft Office, Internet and specific applications for the catering/hotel area.
