Front Desk/Guest Experience
The warmest of welcomes to the property, providing an exceptional guest experience
at arrival,
- in and during the stay and until departure. Making sure guests
requests are handled, anticipated,
- up, and ensuring a genuine and
customised recommendation to a specific need or solicitation. Capacity to listen,
answer/handle and execute a diverse variety of requests with a focus on guest
satisfaction and the Hotel ́s standards. Passion for hospitality.
Tasks:
- Interaction with Guests with the highest and genuine level of hospitality and
professionalism, accommodating requests when possible
- Assists Guest in all inquiries in an accurate and timely manner, including
booking restaurants, tours or other experiences
- Handling complaints, find opportunities and customise service
- VIP and loyal guests recognition
- Communication and assisting Guests, travel agents or other partners with
bookings, quotes or other specific requests
- High level of communication skills and attention to detail
