Serves as the property Manager on Duty and oversees all property operations, ensuring that the highest levels of hospitality and service are provided.

Represents property management in resolving
- related situations. Manages the flow of questions and directs guests within the lobby.

Serves as Guest Relations Manager and handles the tracking of service issues.

Job Summary:

1. Develops specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work;
2. Handles complaints, settles disputes, and resolves grievances and conflicts, or negotiates with others;
3. Maintains strong working relationships with all departments to support property operations and goals, and to expedite problem resolution;
4. Intervenes in guest/employee situations as needed to maintain property integrity, guest satisfaction, and employee
   - being;
5. Ensures regular communication with employees to create awareness of business objectives, communicate expectations, recognize performance, and achieve desired results;
6. Provides services that exceed expectations for customer satisfaction and retention;
7. Improves service by understanding guest needs, providing guidance, feedback, and coaching;
8. Manages daily operations, ensuring quality and standards meet customer expectations;
9. Serves as a leader demonstrating outstanding hospitality skills;
10. Sets a positive example in guest relations;
11. Responds to and handles guest problems and complaints;
12. Empowers employees to deliver excellent customer service;
13. Participates in developing and implementing corrective actions to improve guest satisfaction;
14. Performs all duties at the Front Desk as necessary;
15. Runs Front Desk shifts when required.

Requirements:

• People-oriented leadership skills;
• Attention to detail and high organizational skills;
• Strong sense of responsibility and rigor.

Education/Professional Experience:

• High School Degree or equivalent;
• 1-3 years of experience in the role.

Language Skills:

• Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
