Your Role

As our Guest Relations Supervisor, you'll be the face of our commitment to personalized luxury, ensuring every guest's stay is seamless and extraordinary. Your responsibilities will include:

• Elevating Guest Experiences: Oversee and enhance all aspects of the guest journey, from
  - arrival to departure, ensuring personalized service and memorable interactions.
• Leading with Empathy: Supervise and mentor the Guest Relations team, fostering a proactive,
  - centric approach and ensuring impeccable service standards are consistently met.
• Anticipating Needs: Proactively identify and address guest preferences and potential concerns, resolving issues with grace and efficiency to ensure complete satisfaction.
• Building Connections: Engage genuinely with guests, building rapport and offering expert recommendations on local experiences, dining, and JNc
  QUOI House offerings.
• Maintaining Excellence: Ensure all guest communication and service touchpoints reflect the sophisticated ambiance and high standards of JNc

You Are

You're a polished and intuitive hospitality professional with:

• Luxury Experience: Proven experience in guest relations or front office supervision, preferably within luxury hotels or
  - end service environments.
• Exceptional Communicator: Possess outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate elegantly and effectively with diverse guests and team members.
• Problem-Solving Pro: Focused, organized, and calm under pressure, with a talent for quick and effective resolution of guest inquiries or challenges.
• Detail-Oriented: A meticulous eye for detail, ensuring every aspect of the guest's stay is perfect and personalized.
• A Team Leader: A professional and charismatic presence who inspires confidence and teamwork within your department.
