ME Lisbon is a luxury hotel located in the heart of Lisbon, known for its modern design and excellent service. It offers a unique experience for both business and leisure travelers.
Your mission: The Guest Service Line Agent manages the daily operations of the department, attending all customer requests via telephone and striving for excellence in customer satisfaction.
What You Will Do:
- Follow the customer service strategy through the established telephone line, efficiently managing all guest requests and striving for total customer satisfaction.
- Ensure a personalized customer experience by anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.
- Inform and offer customers, via telephone, services and products according to their preferences, applying upselling and
- selling techniques to increase hotel revenue. - Manage customer incidents following established protocols.
- Adhere to departmental attributes, standards, and manuals.
- Use departmental management tools effectively for daily operations.
- Be familiar with Voice of the Customer results and follow improvement plans.
- Verify material orders following product guidelines to optimize resources.
What We Are Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- High proficiency in Portuguese and advanced English.
- Hospitality degree.
- Customer service and
- oriented mindset.
