Job Description:
- Ensure the highest level of guest service at all times and that the Guest Service Team follows company procedures.
- Greet and treat passengers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Supervise, coach, train, and support the Guest Service team.
- Handle passenger complaints diplomatically and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain extensive knowledge of all onboard outlets and services to enhance passenger experience.
- Attend passenger events and receptions as required.
- Maintain high guest satisfaction levels.
- Be present at the reception during working hours.

- out, handling lost items, cash handling, and passenger requests professionally. - Support other departments in guest satisfaction efforts.
- Prepare work schedules and side duty schedules for the Guest Service team.
- Order office materials regularly for the team.
- Organize and execute passenger activities and events.
- Promote onboard revenue outlets to passengers.
- Assist passengers with special needs, including medical emergencies and translation support.
- Plan and advertise daily onboard programs in collaboration with various departments.
- Maintain cleanliness of work stations according to USPH standards.
- Submit work orders for maintenance issues and follow up accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a hotel or 2 years on a cruise ship in a similar role.
- Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.
- Additional languages are a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good administrative skills; knowledge of Microsoft Office; MXP/POS experience is a plus.
- Basic accounting and organizational skills.
- Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to interact with all levels of staff and guests.
