What You'll Do

• Handle and process daily guest reservations and inquiries across direct channels (email, phone, website).
• Support the Head of Sales & Reservations with administrative tasks, reporting, and
  - ups.
• Manage booking requests, availability, and content updates on PMS and OTA systems (Booking, Expedia, etc. ).
• Provide timely and professional
  - arrival and
  - arrival communication with guests and partners.
• Assist with group requests and special reservations, coordinating internally with operations.
