Position Summary
We seeking a dynamic Guest Services Manager to lead our onboard guest services team. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who thrive in

Qualifications:
- 2+ years in a

- house management role in hospitality, cruise, hotel or similar industry. - Strong leadership, communication, and
- resolution skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with guest service systems is a plus.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese) are a bonus.
- Willing and able to work onboard for the duration of ship assignments.
