We’re partnering with a leading insurer on a
- scale Guidewire Policy
Center implementation and looking for experienced Business Analysts to join the project team.

You’ll play a key role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring requirements are clearly defined, properly configured, and successfully integrated into the Guidewire platform.

• Configuration Business Analysts
• Integration Business Analysts

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements related to Policy
  Center modules.
• Collaborate with business users, developers, and architects to translate functional needs into technical specifications.
• Work closely with configuration and integration teams to validate solutions and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Communicate effectively in both English and French with
  - functional teams and stakeholders.

Required Experience & Skills

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst within Guidewire Policy
  Center projects.
• Expertise in either Configuration or Integration workstreams.
• Excellent understanding of insurance domain processes (policy, billing, claims, etc. ).
• Ability to write clear user stories, functional specs, and acceptance criteria.
• Previous experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Fluent in French and English

Nice to Have

• Experience with other Guidewire modules (Billing
  Center, Claim
  Center).
• Knowledge of integration technologies (SOAP, REST, API).
• Prior consulting or
  - facing experience on multinational projects.
