Responsibilities

• Perform dry cuts for women and men.
• Provide exceptional customer service, understanding and meeting clients’ needs.
• Promote and sell hair care products.
• Actively contribute to creating a pleasant and collaborative work environment.
• Keep common areas clean and organized to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for both clients and employees.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience or a qualification in hairdressing.
• Intermediate level of English (B1 or higher).
• Basic digital skills for appointment management and communication tools.
• European passport.

Benefits

Competitive salary structure: Starting salary is €2, 300 net per month for those with 0–2 years of experience; additional bonuses based on performance, overtime, and product sales.

Schedule & flexibility: 37‑hour work week with flexibility of two Saturdays off per month; all overtime hours are paid.
