Base pay range

Competitive Nordic salary: starting at €2, 300 net per month for 0‑2 years of experience, with bonuses for performance, overtime, and product sales.

Responsibilities

• Perform dry cuts for men and women.
• Provide exceptional client service, identifying and meeting client needs.
• Promote and sell hair care products.
• Assist in creating a pleasant, collaborative work environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience or a qualification in hairdressing.
• Intermediate English (B1 or higher).
• Basic digital skills for appointment management and communication tools.
• Valid European passport.
