We are looking for passionate hairdressers to join our well‑known hairdressing chain in Norway. The role offers an international and multicultural working environment. Candidates communicate in English and hold a European passport.

Base pay range & benefits

Starting net salary €2, 300 per month for 0–2 years of experience. Additional bonuses on performance, overtime and product sales. 37‑hour work week with two Saturdays off per month. All overtime paid.

Relocation support – the company covers your flight and assists with D‑number and other procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform dry cuts for women and men.
• Provide exceptional customer service, understanding and meeting clients’ needs.
• Promote and sell hair care products.
• Actively contribute to a pleasant and collaborative work environment.
• Keep common areas clean and organized.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience or a qualification in hairdressing.
• Intermediate English (B1 or higher).
• Basic digital skills for appointment management and communication tools.
• European passport.
