WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
Kwanko is looking for a Happiness Manager responsible for the

- day office management of our Portuguese branch and the planning and organization of internal events. Your responsibilities will include:
- Office management: handling calls and employee requests, maintaining facilities, managing supplies, contacting suppliers, insurance, technical solutions, and correspondence.
- HR support: organizing training sessions, managing meal vouchers, ensuring health and safety policies are

- date, onboarding new hires (setting up laptops, welcoming, medical appointments, meal cards). - Marketing & Communication: assisting with event management, press relations, internal event planning, and sending goodies to clients and partners.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
A skilled and attentive candidate with:
- Background in administration, accounting, HR, or related fields (at least a bachelor’s degree).
- Experience in administration and event planning.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
- Initiative-taking and synthesis abilities.
- Team spirit and willingness to support colleagues.
- Resilience.
- Good knowledge of Excel.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English, both spoken and written.
