To lead the technical and operational aspects of the Hard Maintenance team, ensuring the performance, reliability, and continuity of critical infrastructure systems such as Power, HVAC, Fire Suppression, and other hard facilities equipment across Data Centres, Offices, and Retail Stores. This person will plan, coordinate, and supervise both preventive and corrective maintenance operations, while ensuring cost efficiency, compliance with safety, quality, and energy efficiency standards. ## **Who you are*** Bachelor’s degree in electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Maintenance Engineering (or related fields). * Proven experience (minimum 3–5 years) managing and/or maintaining, installing and commissioning critical infrastructure (data centers). * Strong
- on knowledge of emergency power systems, industrial HVAC, and fire suppression. * Solid understanding of electrical and HVAC systems, including special installations (General buildings and Data Centres). * Familiarity with relevant quality, safety, and energy standards. * Leadership and communication skills. * Proactive, organized, and
- oriented mindset. * Ability to perform under pressure and handle
