What are we looking for?

• Experienced hardware engineer with 5+ years of
  - on experience in hardware development for complex solutions, including controllers, electric chargers, chips, cards, firmware protocols, and connectors.
• Strong ownership of projects from specification through design, prototyping, and manufacturing phases.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with software engineers, project managers, and business analysts to deliver integrated solutions.
• Skilled in performing technical requirements analysis and creating detailed specifications.
• Experience in sourcing components and managing procurement for prototype development.
• Hands-on expertise in assembly, testing, and deployment of prototypes, ensuring smooth transition from prototype to MVP and MMP stages.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in hardware development (controllers, chargers, chips, cards, firmware, connectors).
• Strong ownership across all phases: specification, design, prototyping, manufacturing.
• Collaboration with software engineers, PMs, and analysts to deliver integrated solutions.
• Skilled in requirements analysis and creating technical specifications.
• Experience in sourcing components and managing procurement for prototypes.
• Hands-on expertise in assembly, testing, and deployment from prototype to MVP/MMP.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering (or related field).
