- ups. We’re now looking for a Hardware Product Manager to join our innovative team and become our next #bloqstar.
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning the
-
- end hardware lifecycle for new and existing modules, from discovery and prototyping to certification, pilot, and production scale. - Defining and maintaining the product roadmap, aligning milestones and success metrics with Product and Hardware leadership.
- Translating business and operational needs into clear, testable requirements with documented risks and mitigations.
- Leading design for manufacturing and assembly (DFMA), improving testability, and supporting cost optimization without compromising quality.
- Running focused experiments to explore

- offs with data. - Coordinating delivery across Mechanical, Electronics, Firmware, Software, and Operations — ensuring smooth handoffs and timely execution.
- Turning supplier, customer, and field feedback into actionable product decisions.
- Leading reliability and compliance strategies (CE, EMC, safety, accessibility), defining test methods, thresholds, and documentation.
- Running pilot builds, analyzing telemetry and field data, and improving specifications before mass production.
- Establishing and tracking hardware KPIs and maintaining a repeatable, scalable launch process.
What you’ll bring to the table
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or Technical Lead in hardware or
- mechanical products, with ownership across design and production phases. - Strong
- functional collaboration skills and experience working with global teams at scale. - A track record of driving measurable improvements in cost (BOM), yield, and reliability.
- Solid understanding of electronics and firmware integration — able to reason about
- level
- offs without necessarily coding. - Strong systems‑thinking mindset with clear communication, prioritization, and decision‑making abilities.
- Experience with lifecycle tools, quality systems, Jira, and change control processes.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
It would be great if you would also have:
- Experience with B2B devices or connected platforms.
- Prior startup or scale‑up experience.
- Familiarity with FMEA, reliability planning, and factory readiness practices.
