We are searching for Senior Hardware Project Manager, focused on new product introduction projects to join our innovative team as a new #bloqstar. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring that product requirements are delivered on time and with quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead hardware projects from concept through to market launch, collaborating closely with Engineering, Product Management, Industrialization, and Program teams.
• Identify and manage the appropriate resources to ensure successful delivery of products to customers.
• Work with customers and product teams to identify potential solutions for both existing and new systems to be integrated into our ecosystem.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, dependency tracking, and stakeholder management.
• Critically assess existing products and processes, recommending improvements or proposing new systems where necessary.
• Lead internal initiatives to define and implement a governance framework that supports
  - making and performance tracking based on success metrics.
• Manage project risks, resolve issues, and facilitate the removal of blockers to ensure
  - time and successful project delivery.
• Translate customer requirements into clear, actionable deliverables.
• Monitor and report on project progress and milestones, ensuring transparency and accountability across teams.

What Do You Bring To The Table

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in hardware project management.
• Proven track record of operating at scale with global teams and products in
  - growing consumer markets.
• In-depth experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) applied to hardware products.
• Demonstrated ability to manage
  - functional teams, including Product, Electronics, Embedded Systems, Mechanical, Cloud, Procurement, Industrialization, Quality, and Production.
• Proficiency with project management tools and platforms such as Gantt charts, Confluence and Jira.
• Strong ability to succeed in
  - paced environments with evolving and ambiguous business requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Nice to Have

• Experience in B2B enterprise products;
• PMP, Pg
  MP, or Agile certification.
