Who are we looking for?

• Solid experience with desktop environments and Intel Server platforms.
• Experience with break/fix on desktops and peripherals.
• Ability to diagnose and replace faulty hard drives and equipment.
• Warranty accreditation in systems support.
• Strong customer relationship skills.
• This role requires mobility in Lisbon and surrounding areas.
• Availability for
  - call duties.

Experience with:

• Windows 2000 and Windows Server 2003
• HP Proliant Servers
