Who are we searching for?

• Solid experience in desktop environment/ Intel Server platforms.
• Experience of break/fix on desktop and peripherals.
• Able to diagnose hard drive issues and successfully replace faulty equipment.
• Comprehends complex HW issues.
• Holds appropriate warranty accreditation of systems support.
• Ability to build and maintain ongoing relationships with customers.
• This position requires mobility in Lisbon and surrounding areas.
• Be available for
  - call duty.
• English level B1 (no certification required)

Desirable

Experience with:

• Windows 2000 and Windows Server 2003
• Dell e IBM servers
• HP Servers:
  
  Proliant
