What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and execute mechanical and environmental test plans (vibration, shock, ingress protection, endurance, corrosion, impact, temperature, humidity, UV, etc. )


• Define test protocols and acceptance criteria aligned with design specifications and real‑world operating conditions


• Collect, interpret, and summarize test results with clear, actionable conclusions


• Provide structured feedback to the Mechanical Design, Industrialization, and R&D teams to drive continuous improvement


• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to develop semi‑automated or automated setups when feasible


• Work closely with Mechanical, Electronics, Firmware, and Production Engineering teams to ensure complete hardware validation coverage


• Coordinated with certification labs to plan, execute, and document required tests.

What You’ll Bring To The Table

• Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field


• Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical or hardware validation, testing, or reliability engineering


• Hands‑on experience with mechanical and environmental testing


• Familiarity with product certification processes (CE, EMC, LVD, Ro
  HS, REACH)


• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with a methodical approach to testing and documentation


• Solid 3D CAD skills (Solid
  Works or equivalent) for fixture and jig design


• Good communication skills, able to interface with multiple teams


• Fluency in English, written and spoken

It Would Be Great If You Would Also Have

• Experience with test automation or data acquisition systems


• Familiarity with quality and reliability frameworks (ISO 9001, FMEA, reliability testing)


• Prior collaboration with certification or compliance labs
