We have offices in Lisbon and Porto and are specialized consultants in Management, Implementation, Development, and Maintenance of Information Systems. What we are looking for

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in software release, configuration, or deployment management
• Define and document application promotion standards and acceptance criteria for releases from testing to production environments
• Manage deployment procedures across all software lifecycle environments (DES, CER, QLY, PRD)
• Ensure automation of compilation, promotion, and distribution throughout the software lifecycle
• Coordinate and execute releases to production, including Delivery and Implementation Plans
• Validate system functionality after deployment and monitor rollout initiation
• Maintain and ensure stability across development, certification,
  - production, and production environments
• Oversee the installation of applications on
  - house servers and support installations on
  - party servers
• Solid knowledge of Software Change and Configuration Management and software lifecycle governance
• Full understanding of the software development lifecycle, from design and development to maintenance and operation
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve build tool and configuration issues
• Experience or familiarity with programming languages such as Cobol, Visual Basic, . NET, Java, Perl, Clist, Rexx, JCL, Endevor-SCL, SQL (preferred)
• Knowledge of CICS, DB2, Oracle, IMS, MVS, Z/OS, ENDEVOR, HARVEST, MQ, FTS
• Familiarity with IT best practices such as ITIL, ISO20000, COBIT and CMMI
• Strong analytical and organizational mindset, with a structured approach to complex projects
• Creative problem‑solving skills for automation challenges
• Strong sense of responsibility, rigor, organization, and critical thinking
• Proven ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously and perform well under pressure
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese; English is a plus
