We are looking for a Head Chef to join our growing team. Based in Lisbon and reporting directly to the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for leading
-
- day kitchen operations at your assigned unit(s) and supporting the rollout of consistent,
- quality culinary experiences across the group.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead the kitchen operation at your assigned property, ensuring consistency, quality, and high service standards
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef to implement and evolve seasonal menus
• Guarantee HACCP compliance and
  -
  - class food safety standards
• Oversee ordering, stock management, and kitchen cost control
• Monitor and minimize food waste while maintaining efficiency and presentation standards
• Support new openings and operational transitions when needed (travel within Portugal may be required)
• Train, motivate, and supervise kitchen staff to ensure performance and positive team culture
• Work closely with
  -
  - house and hotel management to ensure a smooth,
  - centric experience

WHO YOU ARE

• Proven experience as Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in hotels, resorts, or lifestyle F&B environments
• Comfortable with both creative cooking and operational management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Fluent in English (mandatory); Portuguese is a plus
• Highly organized,
  - oriented, and proactive
• Available to travel occasionally to support other units during openings, events, or audits
