- led boutique studio in Cascais is on the lookout for a confident, inspiring, and driven Head Coach to bring energy, expertise, and leadership to a truly unique training concept.

About the Studio

Launching this November in the heart of Estoril, the studio will offer a sleek 9-bed Reformer space, a dedicated Recovery Room, and an
- site Juice Bar – all under one roof. Inspired by modern
- led brands, this concept blends Pilates with functional strength and a
- driven class experience.

The Role

As Head Coach, you’ll play a central role in shaping the studio’s identity. This is a
- time position designed for someone who thrives in a
- energy, collaborative, and elevated training environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver 12 engaging and challenging classes each week
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of talented instructors
• Oversee team scheduling and class planning
• Develop onboarding and ongoing training processes for new coaches
• Innovate and refine the class format and member experience
• Set the tone on the studio floor with a confident and charismatic coaching presence

What We’re Looking For:

• A strong Pilates background, ideally with experience in strength training and group class instruction
• Familiarity with Megaformer/Xformer-style formats is a bonus
• A bold, energetic coaching style that motivates and commands the room
• Excellent communication and fluency in English
• Leadership experience or a natural ability to inspire and coach others
• For the right candidate, visa sponsorship will be considered

• Full-time salary of €36, 400 per year
