Head Coach – Performance Pilates Studio (Full-Time)

Location: Cascais, Estoril

Salary: €36, 400 per year plus bonus

Start Date: Between 15th September and 1st October 2025

Are you ready to lead the next generation of Pilates? A new, led boutique studio in Cascais is seeking a confident, inspiring, and driven Head Coach to bring energy, expertise, and leadership to a unique training concept.

About the Studio

Launching this November in Estoril, the studio will feature a sleek 9-bed Reformer space, a dedicated Recovery Room, and an
- site Juice Bar. Inspired by
- led brands, this concept combines Pilates with functional strength and a dynamic class experience.

The Role

As Head Coach, you will play a key role in shaping the studio’s identity. This
- time position is ideal for someone who thrives in an energetic, collaborative, and elevated training environment.

What You’ll Do:

1. Deliver 12 engaging and challenging classes weekly
2. Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of talented instructors
3. Oversee team scheduling and class planning
4. Develop onboarding and ongoing training processes for new coaches
5. Innovate and refine class formats and member experience
6. Set the tone on the studio floor with a confident and charismatic coaching presence

What We’re Looking For:

1. A strong Pilates background, ideally with experience in strength training and group classes
2. Familiarity with Megaformer/Xformer-style formats is a bonus
3. A bold, energetic coaching style that motivates and commands the room
4. Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
5. Leadership experience or a natural ability to inspire and coach others
6. Visa sponsorship will be considered for the right candidate
