What will you do?

• Lead and elevate all Concierge operations, ensuring flawless execution and a service culture that sets new standards.
• Inspire, mentor, and coordinate the Concierge team, fostering anticipation of guest needs and genuine personalised care.

• Manage guest requests integrating upselling and
  - selling opportunities to enhance both guest satisfaction and hotel revenue.
• Handle guest incidents ensuring quick, elegant, and

• Champion operational excellence, aligning the team with quality, brand standards, and satisfaction goals, and developing improvement plans when needed.
• Explore trends and forge partnerships, introducing fresh, innovative, and exclusive experiences that keep ME Lisbon at the forefront of the luxury lifestyle segment.

What are we looking for?

• 2–3 years of experience in a similar position within luxury hospitality.
• Les Clefs d’Or membership (highly valued and a strong differentiator).
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (additional languages are a plus).
• Exceptional knowledge of Lisbon, its culture, hidden gems, and premium offerings.
• Experience with Opera Cloud (a plus).
• Strong leadership, confident
  - making, and a natural talent for connecting with people.
