Ensure effective coordination of finance operations, manage local compliance and reporting processes, and lead the finance team.

Description

Responsabilities:

- Monitor the
-
- day financial operations within the company ( invoicing, and other transactions)

- Support in the preparation of local management reporting

- Support in strategic data analysis, research, and modeling for local company leadership

- Support project analysis, validation of plans, and
- hoc requests

- Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems

- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements

- Conduct reviews and evaluations for
- reduction opportunities

- Manage and develop the Finance Team (3 collaborators)

- Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained

- Support the preparation of the company's budget

- Drive continuous improvement, automation, and standardization of processes using digital tools

- Collaborate closely with the Business Controller for strategic alignment

Profile

Education & Languages:

- Bachelor Degree or Master in Finance/Economics/Administration

- Fluent English
